Congress delegates arriving into the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA), the terminus for most international flights, can either take an airport taxi or use the train to reach Putrajaya.
Taxis use a coupon system and taxi booths are available upon exit from the Arrival Hall. The taxi ride to Putrajaya is approximately 25 minutes (26.8 km). The current quoted fare is RM 50 (approx. USD 12)
There is also a train service directly from KLIA T1 to Putrajaya and Cyberjaya. The KLIA Transit train operates at a frequency of 15 minutes (peak hours) and 30 minutes (off-peak hours) from the airport to Putrajaya. The journey take about 15 minutes. Tickets cost RM 18 - RM 35. The first train leaves the airport at 04:51 hr and the last train is at 00:23 hr.
